Vintage 1100 Watt 115 Volt Sears generator manufactured in the early 1970’s. Tried running it and it was close to turning over but wouldn’t start. A slight carburetor clean or adjustment should be enough to get it running. Would be good to run a small fridge or some lights in an emergency but not a very strong generator.
Up for sale is a Honda EX800 portable generator, made in Japan. Per the data plate: AC 120V 60Hz, Rated 700VA / Max 800VA, DC 12V 100W output. Tested and confirmed — starts right up and runs. This is a used, working unit showing honest wear from shop/garage use: surface dirt and grime, light surface rust on the fuel cap, scuffs on the housing, and a recoil starter cord that shows wear (still functions). Control panel, both AC outlets, circuit breakers, and DC output are all present and intact. Fuel gauge and oil alert system functional. Sold as-is, tested working at time of listing. Great for backup power, job sites, or as a reliable vintage Honda workhorse.
Was running few years ago, pull cord pulled out when I went to get it going now & front panel seems to have been cracked while in storage. I believe the mechanism needs to be fixed. Vintage Honda E40 II Micro Generator. Untested. I have not tried to start this generator. The rope is very hard to pull but it does seem to turn over. Selling as is with no returns. Please look at all pictures carefully to judge the condition for yourself. If you have any questions dont hesitate to ask.
Automatic choke. Takes a few pulls to start as normal for this model. Runs great! Freshly rebuilt carburetor. Will drain all fluids before shipping. Has wear because of age. Still runs nicely.
Honda partnered with Sony to build these E40s to. power their micro TVs. The pull start retracts good and it feels like it has compression. If you are looking at this you probably know the story of these.
There is no oil cap fill hole on the side cover. you have to take it off to check it they added it later. see picture with white arrow.
