Photos of actual item. Generator starts and runs, volt meter is showing output, however, when i plugged a drill in to either plug there was no power. Case has some blemishes, peeling paint, engraved name, see photos. Pull cord doesn’t immediately retract, it will retract but usually have to adjust it 1-2 times. Circular metal cover rattles when its running. Ships within one business day. Located Shelf 107
Vintage Honda E40 II Micro Generator. Untested. I have not tried to start this generator. The rope is very hard to pull but it does seem to turn over. Selling as is with no returns. Please look at all pictures carefully to judge the condition for yourself. If you have any questions dont hesitate to ask.
Honda partnered with Sony to build these E40s to. power their micro TVs. The pull start retracts good and it feels like it has compression. If you are looking at this you probably know the story of these.
Exceptional vintage Honda E40 17cc 20w x 2 Four-stroke generator. Gorgeous unit with clear decals. Includes parallel adapter (chipped, see photos) missing the factory plug wrench. I have run this unit on propane and it does generate power on multi meter. Didn’t want to run ethanol in carb. Carburetor is clean and fully intact. Have not verified it will run on gasoline sufficiently. Sold as-is. Unit will be drained of oil before shipping. No returns are accepted. Please study pictures and ask all questions before purchasing.
